Demonstration scenario described by the pharmaceutical industry where performance of the representatives are measured by demand generation for products at their corresponding territories.

Performance metrics in these cases are related to call coverage, call sequence and frequency, targeting effectiveness, demand coverage, market share, penetration and sales.

Also important in this scenario are prescription statistics for various therapeutic classes (here denoted by markets).

The demo highlights a dashboard where the representative may access call, demand and prescription indicators. Market opportunities (leads) may be described by doctors with high prescriptive potential but which are not visited or that have low call frequency and sequence.

The data in the demonstration is randomly generated, therefore some discrepancies may arise in the on-line indicators.

Our goal was to show the power of visualization leveraging opportunities and providing indicative of performance for the sales force.
